Collection & Delivery Info
At The Couple That Bakes we understand the busy schedule of our customers, our collection slots are designed to make your life, and our life easier.
On weekdays we offer evening collections only to allow our customers to collect their orders after work. This also allows us to bake everything fresh so you receive an item with the maximum shelf life.

Please ensure that you select the correct date and take into consideration our collection times, as the collection date and time cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

Directions:
As you pull into the industrial estate, follow the road round. You will pass Fenwicks, John Lewis and Scania. Just before Entek, turn right, into the small industrial estate with blue shipping containers. We are straight ahead on the right, we have a blue shutter with a big white 18 on.
There is another cake maker on the estate, please make sure if you have purchased from The Couple That Bakes that you come to UNIT 18.

Delivery Information:
Local delivery is available, at an additional fee, subject to our availability.
To have your order delivered, please select this option at checkout or contact us to arrange, by emailing us at: info@thecouplethatbakes.com
Delivery availability is extremely limited and delivery times are made by appointment only - if you require your order for a specific time, please contact us to request this, at least one week in advance.
If you have a preference for delivery time, please let us know immediately.
If not, we will deliver your order after all collections that day are complete as standard.
We aim to reply to all emails and messages via social media in a fast fashion but during periods we may take longer to reply. We appreciate your patience.
All orders must be pre-booked via our website, email or our social media channels.
We do not take in person bookings and our bakery workshop is sadly not available to the public.
